During this time of uncertainty, it is ultra important to capture your negative thoughts and reframe them. If you find this too hard, be mindful of your words, and if you hear yourself speaking negative words, consider what you could replace it with next time.

If possible too, set aside a quiet time every day for yourself. Listen to soothing music or go walk. Make it a habit. Based on personal experience, it really clears your mind from chaotic thoughts and helps you re-align things.
